How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at refunds@aiconomy.lk with your registration confirmation number and reason for cancellation. We will process eligible refunds within 10 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
Processing fees, optional add-ons, and special event tickets (e.g., Awards Gala) are non-refundable. Group booking discounts are forfeited upon partial cancellation.
Event Cancellation by Organizer
In the unlikely event that AIconomy 2027 is cancelled by the organizers, all registered delegates will receive a full refund within 14 business days. We are not responsible for travel or accommodation costs incurred.
Transfers
Registrations may be transferred to another person within your organization at no charge, provided we receive written notification at least 7 days before the event.
